The idea for this property evolved from a four story multiuse concept with underground parking, to a two story single use development.  The project allowed the amalgamation of three downtown banking branches and a brokerage arm.  Peterborough’s main Scotiabank branch has become a solid anchor for Water Street and downtown Peterborough.
